App development

Custom software, built in Durban.

We design, build and support Windows desktop applications and websites for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools.

What we build

Three ways we can help.

Windows desktop apps

Fast, reliable software for the PCs your team already uses, built for Windows 10 and 11.

  • Stock control, dispensing, bookings and job cards
  • Works offline and syncs when the network is back
  • Connects to SQL databases, printers and scanners
  • Signed installers and automatic updates

Websites & web apps

Modern, mobile-friendly sites that load fast, rank well and turn visitors into enquiries.

  • Company websites and landing pages
  • Client portals and online booking or order forms
  • HTTPS, security headers and spam protection as standard
  • Hosting, updates and backups handled for you

Legacy modernisation

Old system still running the business? We rewrite or upgrade it without losing your data or your staff's know-how.

  • Move old software onto Windows 11
  • Migrate data from old databases safely
  • Keep the screens staff know, and fix the pain points
  • Run old and new side by side until you're confident
How we work

From first chat to go-live, in four steps.

You'll see working software early and often. That means no surprises at the end and no paying for features you don't need.

  1. Discover

We visit, watch how the work gets done and agree what success looks like. You get a written scope and a fixed quote.

  2. Design

Clickable screen designs you can try before any code is written, so changes cost minutes, not weeks.

  3. Build & test

Short build cycles with a demo every two weeks. Every change is tested automatically before you see it.

  4. Launch & support

We install, train your team onsite and stay on call. Updates, fixes and improvements continue after launch.

Why us

Developers who also understand your IT.

Most software firms hand over an app and walk away. When something goes wrong, the developer blames the network and the IT company blames the app.

We've been the IT company since 2012. We build software that suits your hardware, your network and your people, and we support all of it.

  • Local and onsite. We're in Durban Central, and we come to you.
  • You own the code. No lock-in. Your software and data are yours.
  • Secure by default. Encrypted connections, least-privilege access and POPIA-aware data handling.
  • Fixed quotes. Clear pricing agreed before work starts.

FAQ

Questions clients usually ask.

How much does a custom app cost?

It depends on size. A focused tool such as a stock or booking system costs far less than most people expect. After a free discovery chat we give you a fixed quote in writing, so the price won't creep.

How long does it take?

Small websites take a few weeks. Desktop applications usually take a few months, and you'll be using early versions long before the final release.

Can you take over or upgrade an existing system?

Yes, that's a big part of what we do. For example, we upgraded iDART, a pharmacy dispensing system, to run reliably on Windows 11.

Who owns the software?

You do. You get the source code and full access to your data. We'd like to keep supporting it, but you're never locked in.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Choose a monthly support plan or pay as you go. Either way, the people who built it are the people who answer the phone.

Got an app idea, or IT that needs sorting?

Ask for an obligation-free assessment. We'll reply within one business day with honest advice and a proposal, at a fixed cost or on time and materials.
